Founded from a desire to create spaces where women could grow both professionally and personally, MCWEN has evolved into a community where entrepreneurship, faith, leadership, and meaningful relationships intersect.
We believe entrepreneurship is about more than building a business. It is also about building capacity, creating opportunities, stewarding influence, and becoming the kind of leader who can make a lasting difference.
For nearly a decade, MCWEN has brought entrepreneurs and professionals together through networking, education, community experiences, and opportunities for growth.

Born from a conference experience first launched through P.E.R.K. Consulting nearly a decade ago, POWER has grown from a place for business owners to learn and connect into a dynamic annual experience centered on entrepreneurship, leadership, faith, visibility, and meaningful growth.
Formerly known as the Embracing YOU Conference, this next evolution expands the conversation. POWER welcomes women and men who are building businesses, advancing careers, leading organizations, serving communities, and preparing for what is next—while remaining rooted in the values and perspective that have always shaped MCWEN.
