Vendor FAQs

1. Are tables and chairs included?

Yes! Each vendor registration includes one 6ft table and two chairs. Only two representatives are permitted per vendor registration.

2. Is General Admission included with vendor registration?

Yes, vendors are welcome to attend workshops and conference sessions. However, overnight accommodations and meals are not included. Vendors who wish to stay on-site can purchase a discounted General Admission + Accommodations Ticket by contacting us for an exclusive code.

3. Is vending for the entire weekend?

Yes, vendor spaces are available for the entire conference weekend, offering ongoing visibility and engagement.

4. What time is vendor setup?

Vendor setup will begin before doors open to general attendees. Specific setup instructions and arrival times will be emailed to all vendors in advance.

5. What else should vendors know?

Vendor tables and locations are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. We strongly encourage early arrival—especially for vendors who require access to an outlet.

All authorized vendors participating at the event shall be individually and severallyresponsible to The Minority Christian Woman Entrepreneurs Network for any loss,personal injury, deaths, and/or any other damage that may occur as a result of thevendor’s negligence or that of its agents and representatives, and all vendors hereby agreeto indemnify and save MCWEN from any loss, cost, damages, and other expenses,including attorney’s fees, suffered or incurred by MCWEN by reason of the vendor’snegligence or that of its agents and representatives; provided that the vendors shall not beresponsible nor required to indemnify MCWEN for negligence of MCWEN, its agents orrepresentatives. I hereby agree to abide by the MCWEN guidelines as a partner vendor. Further, I agree tosell products and services only from the business/company listed in the application unless an additionalrequest is granted by MCWEN at a later date. I acknowledge full responsibility for all myactivities at the event.I understand that MCWEN does not carry any insurance policies to cover individualvendors in the event of loss or damage.
